Smartlite is a platform developed at SmartGov Group designed to support municipalities and government services in managing their digital operations. The project focused on creating a flexible, scalable solution that adapts to the specific needs of each public institution — streamlining workflows, improving citizen-facing communication, and bringing clarity to complex administrative processes.
The main challenge was designing a platform flexible enough to serve different public institutions, each with distinct needs, audiences, and content structures. It was essential to balance simplicity for end users with the depth required by administrators, while ensuring the interface remained accessible and consistent across varying use cases.
